I would say one of the more lucrative ways to make money on the internet is building a site that functions well and builds traffic over time and sell it for a profit. I recently sold a site for $10,000. That is a nice chunk of change isn’t it?! That site took about a year to build and maintain traffic. Building traffic to a legitimate site can lead to return traffic and over time you will make money but you will not see it in the short term. That site was making about $800 using Google Adsense alone! Can you imagine what I could have earned if I used ValueClick, Commission Junction, or some other Click Per Action (CPA) advertising? I would be in a gold mine from just one site.

 That is the kind of attitude you must have for any website that you design. JUST GO AHEAD AND START MAKING YOUR SITE AND THE MONEY WILL COME!
